Leaving the server, giving away full base/inventory/money

Hey all, I've been playing McDrugs for a while but I haven't been playing much lately and I've decided it's time to call it quits and give my base to someone who will take care of it.

It's a nice base. It's thousands and thousands of blocks from spawn and /wild warps. It's underwater in the middle of an ocean at the very bottom. It hasn't been raided once ever and I built it right at the server reset. (I had another base like that one far and underwater and that was never once raided but the server reset.) I haven't been on for months at a time and each time I come back it's perfectly fine.

It has a farm for ALL types of drugs except for the newer ones like codeine and such. That's on the first floor. With 6 double chests full of items. Second floor has same layout but it's strictly wheat growing. There's a half hollowed out third floor with nothing in it yet.

Included with the base is my whole inventory and ender chest and all the money in my bal. I figure if I'm giving away my base might as well give them everything. EDIT: my current bal is $99,163

If you're interested or have a question just shoot me a reply. If you aren't interested in the base and just want my money, this isn't for you. I'm looking to give away my base to someone who never has got around to making one. So if you have a full functioning giant farm, don't ask please. Sorry.

Hey, thats very kind from you and since I dont see nobody replying I am eally in need of a base since I never had the chance to have one. If you give this base to me I am giving you my promise tomtake good care of it and keep on upgrading to make sure it gets bigger and bigger. Also it would be nice to include screen shots of it.

Alright, fair enough. You seem to be in a pretty nice faction and all but whatever, I need to get rid of this thing. Here's some screenshots. Coords not included for obvious reasons.

The third floor is just a somewhat hollowed out empty space, nothing in it. With the base you get everything in chests as well.

nyudhfcue, since you are a cop at the moment, you are not allowed to have a base that has farms.

I talked to some people and they said I will be allowed to have it but I wont be able to use the farm and I dint built it so

Why would you receive a free farm if you can't use it? Seems pretty selfish.

Hi again, are you sure it would be appropriate to hand over my base to you if it's against the rules somehow? Even if it isn't directly again them, are you sure finding a loophole like this is okay?

Hey im not a cop, and My base was just raided and I have lost everything. I was going to quit until I saw your post and It would mean alot if I could have your base. I think it would really keep me going on the server.

Yes, talked to some staff members and they said its fine unless I use the farms. Also I have plans on using it to make a small player made event or some kind of organization. I dont just look it like a normal farm it has a lot more potential then just a money source. And iF you are unhappy about me having a farm I will just tell ya its medical and is waiting for legalization
