Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.

Nature of ban(ie, mine craft temp banned or TS3 perm ban) : Minecraft Temp Ban
Staff who banned you : No idea
Staff who dealt with you : No i dea
Staff who have warned you previously : No one has.
Reason for ban on record : i was just shooting people with guns so i have no idea why i was banned
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) :No idea what the mods were thinking even ask my fac i was just raiding with them
Why what is your explanation of this reason? idk i just was not hacking i already told you i dtoped the last time i got banned
Why should we unban you? because i was not using hacks
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? No clue
How can we trust you again? you have no reason not to trust me
