What is your explanation for your actions? Why should you be unbanned? He wanted to change it and asked ace to do it for him and ace said he will take everything from him, he asked if it was monetary ace just responded with ''everything'' , therefore my client got scared and disconnected

What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? he will change his nickname
