For the 2 months this map has been up, neutral's have always been able sethome in neutral territory. In my opinion it should be the faction's fault for trucing/allying the faction that they get raided, not a server sided configuration. The current setting encourages tp glitching. I was told to enemy the faction and let an admin know if they are trying to do it. But with that, they wait until I get off and create a new faction just to tp glitch inside. This has happened 5 times to me this map, and two of those bases were pre-built bases.
I think this simple config change can stop a lot of tp glitching and also put less accountability on the server and more on the player who decided to trust that faction in the first place.
