Next map version downgrade

Not sure how viable this suggestion would be, but i think downgrading the server's version to a more stable minecraft version would increase performance and stability. This would require huge changes, but i think it would be better than the laggy crapfest we have currently. There is little to no raiding, and very little aggression from faction to faction. I like minecraft drama
